How to get your passes 

1. On-line ticket sales start in November 2010 and end on March 5, 2011.  After March 5th, Passes can only be purchased at the Congress.

2. Congress passes will NOT be mailed.  All pre-paid purchases will be added to our database.  Each person must pick up their own congress pass in person at the pre-paid registration booths at the Westin Oaks Galleria.  (see schedule)  Please bring receipt and a photo ID.

3. Please note that the congress passes will be the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times.  If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 
4. All ticket sales final.  There will be no refunds. Tickets are transferable.
